1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups molasses
1 1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Firstly bring water and molasses to a boil in a saucepan. Secondly melt the butter in a separate saucepan over very low heat and stir in the flour and cook, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes until the dough begins to pull away from the sides of the pan. Thirdly pour the molasses mixture into the flour, stirring to form a ball. then fold in chopped walnuts. Lastly drop onto waxed paper by the spoonful, and allow to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.

For preparing first pick and wash red lentils. Second put red lentils, cracked wheat and rice in a pot. Cover with water at least 4" above them. Gently boil covered until red lentils melt. About 2 hours. Add hot water if needed. In the mean time, grate onion and tomato. Melt butter and fry onions and tomatoes on a medium heat until onions are very light brown and well mixed with tomatoes. Add salt and red pepper for ezogelin soup.
When the soup is cooked , add onion mixture, stir well and continue cooking another 30 minutes on a low heat covered. Stir occasionally. Turn off the heat. Mix dry mint then stir well and serve.

Containers and utensils:
250 grams of rice
200 g of vine leaves
(fresh or canned)
250 g of olive oil
750 g chopped onions
50g pine nuts

Cut the tails of vine leaves, boil them in plenty of water soaked a little lemon juice for 5 minutes. The removal of water, drain and let cool slightly.

Beat eggs with brown sugar until smooth then add milk and oil, keep whisking. After that pour mashed banana and add vanilla.
