Turkish Tomato Soup With Vercimelli

Ingredients: (4 doses)
1 lt. meat stock 100 gr.
2 tablespoons butter
3 ripe tometoes
1 bunch parsley .
Salt and pepper

firslty boil the meat stock then add vermicelli and tomatoes.
Second peeled and cut into small pieces and simmer 10 minutes until the vermicelli turn colour soft after that garnishee melted butter and chopped parsley thats all . Good Apettide!!
