Ingredients : 
1 1/2 cups cold water
4 teaspoons dark roast coffee
4 ts. sugar ( if you like sweet offcourse)

first heat water in saucepan second add coffee and sugar when warm. After that bring to boil. Pour half of the coffee into demitasse cups. then return remaining coffee to stove and allow returning to boil. After, Spoon off foam and gently place into each cup and don't stir.

Ingredients:
2 cups crumbled feta cheese
3 large garlic cloves, finely minced or crushed.
2 tablespoons chopped and firmly packed fresh oregano leaves
cayenne pepper for sprinkling on top
oregano leave for garnish

first mix together the feta, garlic, and chopped oregano, until it becomes a somewhat smooth yet lumpy consistency. this recipe is extremely versatile so you can double the recipe and add more garlic and use basil rather than oregano.

Turkish Shepherd's Salad Recipe

Another delicious turkish salad. This salad is one of the my favorite salads. I really like it too much. Because shepherds salad is deliciosu and light. It has really low collorie. If you want to loss weight you must consume vegetables. I usually prefer the salad with soups and pilavs.  


Salads Ingredients  
2 large tomatoes
1 medium onion (if you like )
3-4 green pepperones 
1 cucumber
1/2 bunch parsley
1/4 bunch fresh mint 
1 lemon juice or vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
enought salt


first slice the onion and press the onion slices by hand with some salt for bitterness reducing.
Then dice the tomatoes, cucumber and slice  pepperones.
Chop parsley and mint leaves finely. Put all the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl and mix.
Add the lemon juice and olive oil dressing and toss well.  if you dont like lime juice  you can replace the lemon juice with vinegar. Vinegar is healty drink.

Tarhana Soup recipe

Ingredients  
½ cup Tarhana (dry)
1200 grams Water
1½ teaspoons Salt
4 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1½ tablespoons Mint
½ teaspoon Red pepper

Dissolve tarhana in water, add the salt and cook for 10 minutes. Melt butter or margarine, add mint and red pepper and stir a few times and sprinkle over the soup. In some regions of Turkey, while preparing the soup, pre-cooked chickpeas, pre-cooked dried white beans or browned ground meat and green peppers are also added. Kofte of Tekirdag Turkish Kofte Recipe

Turkish Turkey popular Tekirdag Kofte Recipe and Ingredients of it :

2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 packet sugar 1 large egg
salt & black pepper to taste
1 large onion 
virgin olive oil
1 cup fresh minced parseley
1 cup plain bread crumbs
2 oz by volume sweet leaf basil
1 teaspoon mint 1 teaspoon oregano

Tradational Turkish Drink : Ayran

Ayran is a common drink in Turkey. It is made from yoghurt and water, little salt. I will share Ayran recipes with you in this post. I think you already know Ayran's possitive effects on human body health. Also you can drink ayran with your meals and foods. It is fresh drink.

Ayran:
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup water ( if you like cold drink, use cold water)
some salt ( if you like offcourse)

Put all of the them in  blender and then mix them for about one minutes.After that pour into glasses. you can see bubbles of it on top. good appettide..

Chicken Shish Kebab

Chicken Shish Kebab; very tasty and delicious turkish kebab type. Made from chicken meat so if you dont like red meat this is good for you.
Ingredients of Chicken Shish Kebab:

350 gr chicken breast (boneless, medium sized cubes)
2 large tomatoes (cut in halves 2)
cubanelle pepper
1 large onion, in chunks
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice

First mix ingredients together then marinate chicken for a minute 1 hour, after that grill till chicken is cooked or bake in oven at 300° for 35-45 minute on a pan with water below it and finally serve with rice for service.
