300 gr. beef, cut in cubes
1 tsp salt
300 gr. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp pepper
2 onion medium sized and sliced
2 garlic cloves (sliced)
1 table. butter
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tb. tomato paste
2 cups water
Preparing: First cook the beef in a medium sized pot with 1 cup water on medium-low heat.
Second add the butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
third cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Fourth add the tomato paste, mushrooms and another cup water. Put the lid on and cook for another half hour on medium-low heat. serving with rice can be great.
