How to make turkish scrambled eggs


i can eat omlette every morning .. because it is so healthy and light breakfast material. Also low callorie high protein. First three eggs are broken in a bowl,and a pich of salt is added.Then,1 tablespoon of water for each egg is pouned in.Next,they are mixed using a wire whisk.Also,a frying pan is heated,and 1 tablespoon of butter is melted in the pan.Then,the egg mixture is poured in.Next,the eggs are stirred by scraping the pan whith a spatula untilthe eggs are golden yellow.Don't overcook the eggs because it makes them rubbery.
