150 gr. grated yellow cheese
200 gr. pastromi - like beef
Springs of "yufka" (philo dough)
Tomato


Directions



Cut tomato, green pepper and parsley into thin slices. Add grated yellow cheese and pastrami than mix them together. Divide yufka into 4 pieces. Put the mixture on it and roll each of them than fry them until golden brown on both sides. Drain well.
