coffee pecan loaf recipe

an easy cooking recipe:
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. instant coffee
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. In a second bowl, cream the shortening with the sugar and instant coffee. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk and vanilla. Add nuts. Spoon into greased loaf pan (or two small pans), bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake tester in the center comes out clean.

First three eggs are broken in a bowl,and a pich of salt is added.Then,1 tablespoon of water for each egg is pouned in.Next,they are mixed using a wire whisk.Also,a frying pan is heated,and 1 tablespoon of butter is melted in the pan.Then,the egg mixture is poured in.Next,the eggs are stirred by scraping the pan whith a spatula untilthe eggs are golden yellow.Don't overcook the eggs because it makes them rubbery.

iskender kebab

iskender kebap is well known and popular. kebab in Turkey,
especially around Bursa city..iskender kebaps are very special and taste.
Ingredients

400g doner kebab slices
Cayenne pepper
2 rounds of pide bread
4 large chili peppers
50g tomato puree
2 large tomatoes
500g yogurt
4 large cloves of garlic
50g butter
salt to taste

Directions

1. Warm the pide by placing on a barbecue grill and keep warm. When all other ingredients are prepared, slice the pide into 3cm squares, divide into 4 portions and place as a layer on each plate.
2. Crush the garlic and add to the yogurt, mix well adding a little salt to taste. Spoon onto the pide squares just before adding the doner kebab slices.
3. Heat the doner kebab quickly taking care not to allow the strips to become too dry.
4. Cut the tomatoes in half and grill slowly until hot, do not allow to overcook
5. Grill the green chillies taking care not to burn, again do not allow to overcook
6. Mix the tomato puree with the olive oil and cayenne pepper and heat in a small pan on the grill. Add salt to taste.
